The apps which are available on the Play Store are safe but not all the apps are safe. Google identifies some harmful apps after some time then ban or remove that app from Play Store. Google removed the 34 apps from the Google Play Store that are infected by harmful malware. Harmful malware is Joker. It has been giving smartphone users nightmares. The Zscaler, a cybersecurity firm based in California has revealed the list of malware-infected apps.
You must have to remove these apps from your phone. If you are using these apps then remove the apps to secure your phone and personal data. Detect the Joker malware is very hard for the developer. This is because it uses little code. The Joker malware uses the Dropper technique to bypass Google’s security scan and enter into the phone. This Joker malware is not new malware for android apps.

Recently Google has removed the 6 Android apps from the play store that is infected by Joker malware. The main function of these types of the app is to emulate click and prevent SMS for users. And to subscribe to the unsolicited the paid premium service without learning about it. The affected users may not know about they signed for paid premium service and their money is deducted from their account.
The users don’t know about this unless they get a message or information that states their credit card statement. Google has also banned 11 apps which are infected by the malware. Google has identified the joker malware as a large number of the amount or billing fraud in 2017. The Android security team claims that it has taken down around 17000 apps since the beginning of the year 2017 according to the Google blog post. You must be giving permission to the app. You have to ensure that you are giving permission to any app that is important or not to that app.
